Entrants compete in 4 phase of competition (REQUIRED):
to reflect 2009 pageant

  • Introduction ** 1-10 points of total score --The personal introduction competition will be the first phase of competition. After the opening production number, the entrant will return to the stage. She will be given the microphone, she will then state her name, hometown, accomplishments, hobbies, ambition and anything she would like the judges to know about her. Pre-teen thru Elegance, are required to add their volunteer/community services to the introduction.

    AGES 0-3 will be judged on personality  during this phase of competition

  • Sportswear 1-10 points of total score --The sportswear competition is designed to be a fun and energetic competition. Entrant may wear any outfit of their choice. Outfit can be glitzy, classy, western or sporty. Scoring is based on confidence, style, self-expression, enthusiasm and overall stage presence. You do not have to be experienced. Just be creative!!!!
  • Elegance of evening wear **1-10 points of total score--The evening wear competition is designed to be the most graceful portion of the competition. Scoring is based on poise and appearance, grace, confidence and overall stage presence. **Princess thru Pre-teen may wear long or short dress (Natural pageant wear or pageant glitz dresses, Junior and Teen gown must be floor length and age appropriate** Ms. & Elegance gown must be floor length**.  Entrants may wear any style or color of their choice.
  • On stage interviews** 1-10 points of total score--Interview will be conducted after the evening wear competition. Princess will be asked one  on stage question. Pre-teen thru elegance will be asked one fun and one required question. Scoring is based on communication and speaking skills, confidence, poise and personality with the scoring factoring on how well the entrant answers the extemporaneous questions.

  • Miss Empire Royalty judges are asked to score fairly our judges are very diverse ( in terms of familiarity of the GLITZ and NATURAL world) ATTIRE score doesn't play a role but presentation does in addition..... the most important thing is what you communicate to the judges and audience (ANSWER THE FINAL QUESTIONS AND CONVEY YOUR PERSONAL INTRODUCTION)
** For entrants ages 0-3 years old, they are excluded from Introduction and On Stage Interviews.
