DRESS/ OUTFIT ATTIRE:

Contestant 0-7 have the option to wear a short or long dress
Ages 8-11 may wear a long or short dress
Ages 12- up must wear a long dress, dress must be age appropriate

MAKE-UP RULES:
Contestants 0-11 No make-up allowed
Contestant can wear clear lip gloss
Ages 12 -up may wear age appropriate make-up

HAIR:
ALL contestants can wear any hairstyle of their choice example: falls, extensions accepted. Hair & make-up rules applies for Overall and Optional competitions

THEME WEAR: (Winter Theme)
Contestant have the option to wear make-up for this event.

    ALL COMPETING CONTESTANT WILL WIN A BAG FILLED WITH AMAZING GIFTS from competition jewelry, music boxes, children products to american girl accessories!

    (NEW) There must be over 50 competing contestants to award the 1 MEGA GRAND SUPREME WINNER (Ages 0-11 will be awarded an AMERICAN GIRL DOLL)or (Age 12+ will be awarded 2 ski lift tickets) large crown, state custom sash, cash, trophy, $125 off the Miss Empire Royalty National Finals and more.

There must be over 35 competing entrants to award 3 age Grand & 3 Mini supreme otherwise, titles will be broken down into 0-11 and 12 & up.

Grand Supreme will win a 

large crown,state custom sash,cash, trophy, $125 off the Miss Empire Royalty National Finals and more.

Mini Supreme will win a large crown, state custom sash, cash, trophy, $125 off the Miss Empire Royalty National Finals and more.

MERP Signature Theme wear will win a 

large crown, state custom sash, cash, trophy, $100 off the Miss Empire Royalty National Finals and more.

Overall Most Beautiful & Novice supreme winners ( must have over 35 to award cash) will win a large crown, state custom sash,trophy, $100 off the Miss Empire Royalty National Finals and more.

Divisional Alternates will be awarded $75 off the National sponsorship fee. 

Optional winners will be awarded $50 off the National sponsorship fee. 

Each contestant will be give a beautiful participation gift on stage. 

Fees cannot be combined or transferred towards the following year.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO USE H/M YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF.
IF YOU DECIDE TO HAVE HAIR AN MAKE-UP DONE PLEASE FOLLOW ALL RULES:
POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED (no exception)

ALL VENDORS MUST PURCHASE A TABLE IF USING THE DRESSING ROOM.. 

SPACE BOOKED FOR CONTESTANT AND PARENTS ONLY.. NO VENDORS ALLOWED UNLESS THEY PURCHASE A TABLE FROM THE PAGEANT (NO EXCEPTION) $45 per table)
