To enter the Miss Empire Royalty Pageant you can represent your city, state or region at the national finale.

What are the competion age division?

0-3 Babies (3 divisions)
Princess.......Must be between the ages of 3-6
Pre-teen....... Entrants MUST be single and between the ages of 7-11
Junior-teen...Entrants Must be single and between the ages of 12-15
Teen..............Entrants Must be single, no children and between the ages of 16-19
Ms..................Entrants Can be single or married, with or without children and between the ages of 20-29
Elegance......Entrants Can be single, married and between the ages of 30+

HOW CAN I EARN A PRELIM TITLE?
At large entry- If there is no preliminary competition in your area you are able to enter the National pageant directly. Simply contact the office for an entry packet or just download the information and submit via e-mail. Preliminary titles are given on a first come first apply basis. So the sooner you enter the sooner you can start promoting your self and preparing for the pageant finale.

Is there an entry fee?
Yes, there is an entry fee of $350. Our pageant is self supporting and relies on the entry fees to cover the majority of the operational and production related expenses. The entry fee pay for items such as Venue, sound, lighting, choreography, production staff, consultants, judges, advertising, public relations, prizes and other related expenses.

What does the fee include?
A portion of the entry fee is directed back to the entrants in the form of the following: Entry fee includes...Official MERP crown, Sash, Official handbook,  National program book, gifts etc. DOES NOT INCLUDE travel expense, hotel &lodging expense, personal expenses, wardrobe expense and optional fees.

Is there a payment plan available?
Of course! Entrants may pay the entry fee in full or may select a payment plan. A deposit is required to initiate the payment plan. The deposit secures your title and your crown and sash will be ordered. payments must be made every 30 days until your entry fee is paid in full. Failure to remit payments may result in the loss of title and fees paid. You can not compete in the National pageant without having the entry fee PAID IN FULL before the deadline.

Do all entrants recieve a crown and sash?
If you wish to promote yourself before the pageant you can request the state crown. However, you must add an additional $50 to cover your state crown and sash.. All entrants will recevie a sash pageant weekend. How long does it take to get my crown and sash? the order is placed for your crown and sash upon receipt of full entry fee. We place our orders on the 15th of each month. It should take 4-6 weeks to receive your official crown and sash. If you are scheduled for an appearance and need the items quicker, you can put a rush on the order in some cases an additional rush fee may be charged to you for the items.

Am I required to make appearances?
Yes, ALL MERP queens must be visible and make appearances after being crowned you must mail or e-mail your photos 30 days after the pageant.

If I am unbale to compete, is there a refund policy?
Unfortunately, NO.. due to the operation and production cost we will not be able to issue a refund.. All fees paid to the MERP are not refundable under any circumstances this include entry fees, event tickets, advertising fee and other fees related to the pageant.

Am I required to sell any ads or tickets?
No, program books ads are completely optional and have no bearing on the outcome of the pageant results. We do have a special category for the entrants that sells the most ads.. Your friends and family will be required to purchase tickets to see you compete.. we do have a special category for the most tickets sales.

Entrants can win cash, trophies, scepters, sash, crowns, and many more...
